Jorge Ignacio stands out for his high level of experience in strategic project management and complex cases, focusing on conflict prevention and resolution. He excels in deep technical-legal knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and the management of interdisciplinary teams. Additionally, he possesses excellent negotiation skills and extensive experience in complex litigation. He has advised both national and international legal entities, as well as individuals, in his areas of expertise.

Jorge began his professional career in 2009 as a criminal lawyer under the mentorship of Samuel Donoso Boassi. He then served as head of the environmental litigation and economic criminal law department at Araya y Cía., while also acting as operations director and later as a partner at the environmental consultancy Greenland (now Araya Ambiental). Subsequently, he worked as a foreign lawyer at Garrigues Spain before advising the F.O.A. Project as a lawyer at Moraga y Cía. Finally, he developed the environmental, regulatory, and compliance areas as a partner at DS Avocats, joining IMAD as a partner in December 2024.
