Administrative Law

We have extensive experience both as former public sector officials and advising and representing companies and entities in their relations with the Administration.

In these positions, we have handled administrative procedures of various natures (general, punitive, authorizations, administrative concessions, etc.), been requested to issue legal reports, and participated in various types of public contracts (supply and service contracts, public works contracts and concessions, oil contracts, among others),

both in their negotiation and bidding processes, as well as in challenges before various administrative (General Comptroller's Office) or jurisdictional bodies (protection appeals or Public Procurement Tribunal).

Likewise, we analyze, design strategies, and handle the defense of our clients' interests in contentious or punitive administrative processes, both general and special, before the Administration itself, ordinary courts, courts of appeals, and special tribunals.
