His practice is focused on civil and commercial litigation, and domestic and international arbitration (CAM Santiago, ICSID and ICC) in several matters, including contractual and tort liability, foreign investment, corporate law, consumer law, unfair competition, distribution contracts, warranties, and environmental law, among others.
